The school has a Canteen where children may buy their recess and lunch five days a week.
Our Canteen Managers Maria and Lilly, are assisted each school day by parents / grandparents who volunteer their time to the school. Parents are encouraged to help in the Canteen once per term, or more regularly, if they so wish.

All volunteers must have a current Police Clearance and have attended an Induction session at our school. Our school office staff can assist you with obtaining your Police Clearance Ph 8178 9900

St Francis of Assisi School now uses the QKR app for all recess and lunch orders, food and drinks. QKR is a payment app supported by the Commonwealth Bank which allows payment to the school from your nominated credit card and can be done via your mobile phone. Please follow this 'How to' guide for uploading and using the QKR app.
The menus for Recess and Lunch order items and all 'Special Food Days' are on the QKR app with the prices.
All canteen food orders must be completed by 9.15am on the day. Food can be ordered up to 2 weeks ahead of the day and be cancelled by you if your child is not at school.
All hot food, sandwiches/rolls for lunches must be ordered.
Students can buy snacks, drinks, garlic bread, ice blocks over the counter also at recess or lunch.
